St Hugo – The story behind St Hugo is steeped in history.  It started with Johann Gramp, one of the wine pioneers of the Barossa planing his first vines in 1847.  Today St Hugo wines are prized by wine collectors and connoisseurs all over the world for their depth, intensity and complexity.   This winery is impressive from the moment you drive through the gates to what looks like an elegant lodge, that houses the cellar door, wine lounge, restaurant and tasting rooms.

Seppeltsfield is the only winery in the world to release a 100-year old single vintage wine each year.  It is famous for its Centennial Collection – an unbroken lineage of Tawny of every vintage from 1878 to the current year.

A visit to Seppeltsfield is more than just a cellar door experience, it is a vibrant community of wine, food, art, world class cellar door and tasting rooms, FINO restaurant and the Jam Factory Contemporary Art & Design studios. Set on 420 acres of ancient vineyard, gardens and heritage-listed architecture, the remarkable estate is a destination.
